5. PRODUCTS, CONDITION AND LISTINGS (VINTAGE / PRE-OWNED / REWORKED)
5.1 Availability & one-of-one stock
Many of our items are one-of-one. Once sold, they may not be restocked. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Vintage & pre-owned condition
Our products include vintage and pre-owned garments, which may show signs of age and wear. We describe conditions as accurately as possible using photos, condition notes, and (where provided) condition grades. Minor imperfections consistent with the item’s age and disclosed condition are not considered faults.
5.3 Reworked items
Reworked items may have been altered, repaired, reconstructed, or customised. Any notable rework details will be stated in the product description. Small variations and finishing differences can occur due to the nature of rework.
5.4 Colour, images and display
We make every effort to display colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device will display colours the same way. Images are provided as a guide.
5.5 Measurements & fit
Where measurements are provided, they are taken as accurately as possible but are approximate. Vintage sizing varies widely between eras and brands. It is your responsibility to check measurements and fit notes before purchase.
5.6 Care and use
Items should be cared for according to the care guidance provided (where available) or with appropriate care for vintage garments. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, cleaning, or care after delivery.
6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders using the same account, card, or address.
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address and/or phone number provided.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge we provide access “as is” and “as available” without warranties.

We are not obliged to honour exploitative demands arising from obvious minor errors.
