Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times below are working-day estimates from dispatch and may be longer during busy periods.

Non-Mainland UK / Offshore (incl. Channel Islands & Northern Ireland)
We don’t currently offer standard checkout delivery outside mainland UK. In some cases, we may be able to provide a delivery quote. Please contact us before ordering.
Excluded / Surcharged Postcodes
Additional charges may apply, or delivery may not be available to some postcode areas (for example Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland). If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll confirm options before you place your order.
Safe Place Deliveries
If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a “safe place” and no signature is obtained, responsibility passes to you once the parcel is marked as delivered. Archive No.9 cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage in these circumstances.
Cancellations / Refused Deliveries
If you cancel or refuse your order after it has been dispatched, we’ll deduct the delivery cost we have incurred from your refund. This applies even if your order qualified for free delivery.
Delays
Please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. Delivery times are estimates and we do not offer a guaranteed delivery date.
